Give yourself what you need to recharge during these nourish sessions. While yoga can be the nexus of our work, feel free to request additional elements like meditation, breathwork, short readings, and time for open-sharing or dialogue. If you need to discuss your experiences in a safe, compassionate space, we can do that too. I will curate each session for your needs! Once you register, you can login to client portal and our initial emails plan out your sessions. Up to two people can register for a nourish session or package!
